I am from Portland, Oregon. I completed my undergraduate at Boston College where I studied Biology, Medical Humanities, and Womxn and Gender Studies. Outside of lab I love to crochet, cook, hike, and take my dog Otto on adventures.
Fun fact: I played club ping pong in college!
Research interests:
What brought me here?
I am interested in how cells sense, traffic, and utilize metabolites to maintain metabolic balance, particularly where these processes diverge in sex-specific diseases.
